ANOTHER 18 SOULFUL RARE GROOVES - The second volume of Soul Brother's "Wants List" series, follows a similar path the first volume released two years ago, which received great critical acclaim and has been a constant seller. The new volume is likely to eclipse that and includes 18 soulful rare grooves that people have demanded. Many will appear for the first time anywhere in the world, while others make a welcome return after being unavailable for many years.
The consistent standard of Vol 1 is upheld, with every track worthy of its inclusion. Highlights include Lou Rawls heavily in demand "Stop Me From Starting This Feeling" which is regularly played on mainstream radio but has been unavailable for 10 years, Vibrations "Shake It Up" one of the most in-demand rare groove tracks, originally released on a rare 45 currently valued at £400, James Brown produced Sly Slick and Wicked ultra-rare "Sho-nuff" and Barbara Mason's social commentary "World In A Crisis", a great Philly soul track which despite regularly plays. These add to contributions from soul stalwarts like Isaac Hayes, Leon Haywood, Garland Green, Alton McClain and GC Cameron and other rarities to make an irresistible album that should appeal to a wide range of soul fans throughout the world.
