THE LIDS were one of the highlights at the Chicago
Blackout where everybody was talking about them (and Rip Off Records label mates The Zodiac Killers) as being the best bands of the weekend.
THE LIDS have a punk rock Shangri la's feel to them with two of the sexiest lead singers in punk rock today, and an ability to write songs that stick in your head instantly.
People refer to them as a bastardization of Supercharger, and some comparisons are there.
But the simple fact kiddies is this: THE LIDS are better and they prove it.
